3、 Structure:

1. Body: worktable, column, body, beam, hand wheel, foot switch, terminal frame.

Hand wheel, lifting screw and body constitute lifting structure. Rotating the hand wheel can adjust the high and low position of the body and the closing height of the slide block (riveting die).

The four fastening nuts at the back of the machine are set to fasten the machine body on the column. Before adjusting the height of the machine body, the locking nuts of the lifting screw rod should be loosened first, and then the four fastening nuts should be loosened. After adjustment, all the loosened screws must be tightened to prevent loosening and displacement during work and damaging the mold. Generally, we have adjusted it before leaving the factory, so we don't need to adjust it at will.

2. Transmission

The crankshaft makes the slider reciprocating through the connecting rod, the motor drives the flywheel through the triangle belt, and drives the crankshaft through the structure composed of roller, hexagon cam, coupling, clutch skin and bearing.
